At KrystalClear, safety is a core part of every service we provide.  We are committed to protecting our team members, clients, properties, and the surrounding community while delivering high-quality results on every project.

1. Our Safety Commitment

We take all reasonable precautions to perform our services safely, responsibly, and in accordance with industry best practices.  Safety planning is considered before, during, and after each job.

2. General Safety Practices

KrystalClear is committed to the following safety standards:

• Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
• Following safe operating procedures for all tools, ladders, lifts, pressure washing equipment, and cleaning systems
• Inspecting work areas before beginning service
• Identifying and minimizing potential hazards to people and property
• Maintaining a clean and controlled work environment
• Using proper warning signs, cones, barriers, or notices when necessary
• Following applicable local safety codes and regulations

3. Property and Site Safety

To help ensure a safe service experience, clients may be asked to:

• Keep children and pets away from active work areas
• Close windows and doors before service begins when applicable
• Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or sensitive items near the service area
• Provide clear and safe access to the areas being serviced
• Notify KrystalClear of any known hazards, site restrictions, or special conditions before work begins

4. Weather and Environmental Conditions

For the safety of our team and clients, KrystalClear may delay, reschedule, or suspend services due to unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

• Heavy rain
• Lightning or storms
• High winds
• Freezing temperatures
• Unsafe roof, ladder, or ground conditions
• Other hazardous environmental or site conditions

5. Equipment and Service Safety

Certain services, including but not limited to window washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, siding washing, solar panel cleaning, construction-related work, and project management, may involve specialized equipment, elevated work areas, water systems, chemicals, or active jobsite coordination.  Our team works to manage these risks responsibly and professionally.

6. Chemical and Cleaning Product Use

When cleaning agents or related products are used, KrystalClear aims to use them in a careful and appropriate manner consistent with manufacturer instructions and service needs. Clients should inform us in advance of any known sensitivities, restrictions, or environmental concerns related to product use on the property.

7. Jobsite Authority

KrystalClear reserves the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule any service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if hazards arise that could put our workers, clients, property, or the public at risk.

8. Client Cooperation

Safety is a shared responsibility.  By scheduling service, clients agree to cooperate with reasonable safety requests and instructions related to access, occupancy, work area control, and hazard disclosure.

9. No Guarantee Against All Risks

While KrystalClear takes safety seriously and follows reasonable precautions, no service can eliminate all possible risks. By using our services, clients acknowledge that certain work may involve inherent risks depending on the nature of the project and site conditions.
