What’s Not Included


KrystalClear project managers, leads, and service technicians are not accountable for the movement, addition, relocation, adjustment, or lifting of any furniture, objects, plants, products, merchandise, pets, fish tanks, placemats, carpets, pianos, and/or items obstructing the window(s) or entrance(s). Please ensure that all items on or near the windowsill, door, lobby, and/or entranceway are removed prior to our services care visit(s).  Always maintain a 5-foot clearance.


  • Two-story windows are classified as Service Add-On / Special Quote.


  • Repeated interior work is classified as Service Add-On / Special Quote.


  • Miscellaneous object(s) requiring cleaning outside the purview of this scope are classified as Service Add-On / Special Quote.



On-site Safety & Standard Operating Procedures


  • We will delay work in the event of severe weather or civil disturbances.


  • The client is required to ensure safe and clear access to all windows and work areas, with a maintained clearance of 5 ft.


  • Height and ladder restrictions: technicians will not operate above one story or on rooftops; ladders must not be placed on unstable or uneven surfaces.


  • Electrical hazards: avoid working within 10 ft of live power lines, exposed wiring, outlets, or panels; de-energize if necessary.


  • Exclusion zone for pets and people: Ensure that pets and bystanders remain clear of the work area throughout the entire visit.


  • Weather: delay due to rain, lightning, strong winds (≥25 mph), extreme temperatures, ice, or snow posing slip/fall hazards.


  • Air quality/smoke conditions: If AQI exceeds 150 or smoke is visible, defer exterior work.


  • Delicate/unsafe glass: panes that are cracked, loose, or unstable will be overlooked/declined until they are repaired. This is categorized as a Service Add-On / Special Quote.


  • Contamination/Biohazards: Areas containing mold, sewage, animal waste, needles, or chemical exposure should be considered refuse unless properly remediated.


  • Harassment/unsafe environment: technicians may cease work and depart if they feel threatened or harassed; services will be rescheduled or canceled.


  • Necessary utilities and parking: on-site access to running water for tools and safe parking/loading facilities must be provided.


  • PPE: technicians will wear gloves, eye protection, and slip-resistant footwear; clients can anticipate safety cones and tape where necessary.


  • Right to halt work: if conditions are unsafe or exceed the $69 promotional scope, we will pause or decline service and suggest alternatives.
