We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can best accommodate all of our clients.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost, particularly when our team, equipment, or project resources have already been reserved and mobilized.
For safety reasons, certain services may need to be rescheduled due to weather or site conditions. If that happens,
KrystalClear will work with you to arrange a new service date as quickly as possible.
Please note that larger commercial projects, contractor services, project management work, engineering, design, and specialty services may have separate cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement or project proposal.
