• Any coverage space larger than 2,500 sq-ft.
• Low - to - High Rise building.
• Exterior power washing services.
• General janitorial services.
• Deep Cleanup or Post Construction
• Any type of furniture, accessories, or pets relocation.
  

Onsite Safety & SOP

KrystalClear adheres to a strict standard operating procedure framework designed to provide our agents with a calm, safe and open environment to perform their task(s).

• We will postpone work during hazardous weather or public unrest.
• Client must provide safe, clear access to all windows and work areas; 5 ft clearance maintained.
• Electrical hazards: no work within 10 ft of live power lines, exposed wiring, outlets, or panels; de-energize if required.
• Pets/people exclusion zone: keep pets and bystanders away from the work area for the entire visit.
• Smoke/air quality: AQI >150 or visible smoke = postpone exterior work.
• Weather: postpone for rain, lightning, high winds (≥25 mph), extreme heat/cold, ice, or snow creating slip/fall risk.
• Fragile/unsafe glass: cracked, loose, or unstable panes will be skipped/refused until repaired.  Consider Add-On.
• Contamination/biohazards: refuse areas with mold, sewage, animal waste, needles, or chemical exposure unless remediated.
• Harassment/unsafe environment: techs may stop work and leave if they feel threatened or harassed; service will be rescheduled or cancelled.
• Required utilities & parking: running water for tools and safe parking/loading access must be available onsite.
• Right to stop work: if conditions are unsafe or outside of the scope, we will pause or refuse service and propose alternatives.

We offer proactive cleaning services for both habitable and non-habitable spaces across single or multiple properties.  Our objective is to maintain, support, and proactively address all service requirements.
