14-Day Return Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the terms below.


1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.  Only applies to
window washing & power washing services.


2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • The service in its original condition (uncleaned and undamaged) missed by accident.
  • The client must include picture of all original and post services for validation.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.


3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or special‑order items.
  • Property damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.


4. Return Process

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label if applicable


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind or ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
